The amenZone Primal Fitness event last Saturday held at a private hangar in Scottsdale Airpark was rockin’…with DJ Kaydee, that is!  If you were there, I bet you were feeling the burn the next day, along with a sense of accomplishment for making it through the primal fitness workout.
